Conclusion

This tutorial introduced the dual drainage system for storm water management in GeoSWMM. It demonstrated how roadside gutters are modeled for conveying storm water during heavy rainfall and analyzed the performance of the system. The key points demonstrated in this tutorial are:

1. The objective of these hydrologic and hydraulic simulations.
2. Network description and its elements’ (subcatchments, links and nodes) characteristics.
