Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to design a simple surface drainage network system considering the post-development scenario for the 100-yr storm. A comparative analysis will be conducted for runoffs from three design storms (the 2-, 10- and 100-yr storms) through the system using the three alternative routing methods available in GeoSWMM. The resulting outflow hydrographs will be compared to those generated in Tutorial 01, which did not consider hydraulic routing.
